1. Scope
These terms apply when you use Minora to create, edit, review, publish, export, or deploy websites, pages, assets, and related outputs.
Minora is a FirstDayLab product. FirstDayLab account creation, sign-in, authentication, authorization, subscription, entitlement, and billing are governed separately by FirstDayLab documents.
2. Service boundary
Minora is a governed website creation and publishing tool. It is not a general-purpose file hosting service, a guarantee of third-party websites, or a guarantee of third-party AI systems.
Minora may provide patch-driven editing, asset registration, preview, review, publish, deploy, and remote MCP or connector-based access.
3. Account and plan prerequisites
Using Minora requires a valid FirstDayLab account and an applicable Minora entitlement.
Minora may read the minimum necessary account, access, plan, feature-flag, and limit information from FirstDayLab so Minora can enforce product capabilities and capacity.
4. Content, assets, and rights
You are responsible for the text, images, files, embeds, external URLs, and other materials you upload, reference, generate, publish, or deploy through Minora.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and that your use does not violate law or third-party rights.
- Website content and copy
- Uploaded assets and media
- Externally hosted assets and URLs
- AI-assisted outputs used in your site or deployment
5. External URLs and third-party services
If you use external URLs, third-party APIs, embeds, analytics, fonts, or other third-party services through Minora, you are responsible for confirming their legality, availability, and license scope.
Minora does not guarantee that external resources remain available, accurate, safe, or suitable for your intended purpose.
6. AI clients, connectors, and models
Minora may be accessed through supported AI clients, connectors, MCP integrations, or other authorized flows.
Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data handling. Minora does not control third-party model quality, output accuracy, or connector behavior.
7. Publish, deploy, and public output
When you publish, deploy, or export from Minora, your content may become publicly accessible. You are responsible for confirming that the published result, domain setup, API usage, and legal disclosures are appropriate for your site.
If your published site collects visitor data, uses cookies, or integrates third-party services, you are responsible for the site-level disclosures and compliance required for that operation.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Minora to engage in illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful conduct.
- Do not bypass product controls, safety checks, confirmation flows, or plan limits.
- Do not upload or deploy malware, phishing pages, unauthorized tracking code, or harmful payloads.
- Do not abuse auth, billing, challenge, MCP, or support flows.
9. Logs, audit, and security actions
Minora may keep product-layer activity, audit, deploy, challenge, and security records as reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate incidents, and comply with law.
Minora may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate content, assets, deployments, or product access when necessary for safety, abuse prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Minora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Minora does not guarantee AI output quality, third-party connector availability, external URL continuity, or that your content is lawful or suitable in every jurisdiction.
11. Updates and language
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
If Minora publishes translations, the English version should be treated as the canonical version unless applicable law requires otherwise.
